Our Policies

General

Notice: We Reserve The Right To Refuse Service To Anyone For Any Reason.

We believe these policies allow us to provide the best possible care and customer service for all of our patients. Thank you for your understanding and compliance.

Late Arrival Policy

While we will make every effort to perform you entire treatment, patients that arrive late to their appointment by 15 minutes or more may be asked to reschedule or change their original service request to another service offering. If the appointment is not rescheduled it may be subject to a cancellation fee (see cancellation policy).

Cancellation Policy

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to an emergency, however when you do not call to cancel an appointment you may be preventing another patient from getting a treatment. Conversely when another patient fails to cancel, we may be unable to schedule you for a treatment. This is why we have a 24 hour-cancellation policy on all appointments. Late cancellations are subject to $50 fee. Missed appointments without notice are subject to a $100 fee.

Repeated no call no show cancellations (more than 2) can result in a charge of the full service amount.

Services Refund Policy

While we make every effort to make our customers as happy as possible, all service sales are final. Any used or unused appointments/sessions will not be refunded.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards must be present at the time of purchase/usage. Lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be redeemed or replaced. All sales are final. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Product Return Policy

White our goal is to make sure our product recommendations will work for you, sometimes your skin might not react as expected. If you have received a skincare consultation or treatment at our facility, we welcome your slightly used product as a return if it did not work for you. You may choose another product or get a full refund in the form of a credit. Cash back is not available.
